How much is shipping? MM Nails offers a standard $6.50 flat rate on worldwide shipping for individual items. We currently do not offer combined shipping but will do so in the near future!

Do you ship to my country?

Check the list below to see if we currently ship to your country. If your country is not listed and you would still like to make an order, send us an email sales(at)mmnails.com and we will see what we can do.

How long does it take? Orders are normally processed within 1-2 days upon a successful and verified order transaction. Orders cannot be processed or shipped on weekends, and our offices are in Asia so the time differences should also be taken into account. Delivery time varies depending on your location internationally, but check the list below for exact shipping times. Remember, the shipping time is from the date the order is shipped, not the date the order is made.

Please note we cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where you have entered your own address incorrectly.

RETURNS

Can I return my items?  If you would like to return your items you must first contact us at sales(at)mmnails.com for a refund pre-approval.

We will accept returns of unopened, unused product(s) in its original condition within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please note we will not refund any opened, used, discounted, sales products or items or free gifts or samples.

My items were damaged in delivery! All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen, you should contact us on sales(at)mmnails.com so we can help to resolve the issue.

Also please be aware that MM Nails products, packaging and nails are designed by artists. As such, some patterns and designs may not be identical. Nails may be dislodged or move from the packaging during international shipping.

Who do I contact to arrange a return? If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us on sales(at)mmnails.com to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return.
